Before we were an agency, we were international students—just like you. Our journey began with confusion, challenges, and a lot of trial and error. Now, we’re turning that experience into guidance—so you don’t have to go through it alone.
Founded in November 2021, MintSpot was born from the shared experiences of four young entrepreneurs who once stood exactly where you are — starting a new life in a foreign country, full of hope, questions, and uncertainty.
Each of us arrived in Ireland through different paths. Over time, we settled, built new lives, and found our place. But we’ve never forgotten the early days: the challenges of navigating an unfamiliar system, the confusion of visa applications, the frustration of finding a home, and the loneliness that can come with being far from everything familiar — especially when the language or culture feels foreign.
Even the simplest tasks — like grocery shopping, opening a bank account, or making new friends — can feel overwhelming in a new environment.
That’s why we started MintSpot: to make sure no one has to go through that journey alone.
